How To Better Yourself During This Quarantine
This quarantine has driven many people and teenager’s to go insane and go though some serious emotional changes due to the fact of millions being ordered to stay indoors.
The quarantine has also had some positive effects as well, such as families spending more quality time with each other more than they ever have.
There is a regimen that I believe people can follow so they can ensure that they don’t fall to the wayside and get lazy and sluggish.
It begins with their sleeping schedule, many are going to bed at 2 a.m. or 3 a.m. and waking up at noon or 1 in the afternoon which can be very unhealthy for your body since it is not a natural sleeping schedule. Many can begin to discipline themselves to go to bed at a decent hour and get their proper rest, when this is done they will wake up alert and non-sluggish.
You can set out goals or tasks for the day to be motivated to complete something such as clean up around the house or to take a walk. I believe also limiting screen time is essential to a lot of this, with school and jobs being cancelled, we have a lot more time on our hands. Let’s take advantage of that.
