The dress code may not be a big deal to some people but to most people it is. Some people like it some people don’t. It can help you because you don’t have to figure out an outfit in the morning. One negative it that some people don’t like to match with everyone. Another negative is that some people also don’t like having to tuck in their shirts or wear a belt. 

I get that wearing a uniform is to get you ready for the future when you have to dress appropriately. In my personal opinion, though I’m fine with it because I Have to choose an outfit in the morning. Then again I would just at least rather not tuck in my shirt. Otherwise I would be completely fine with it because to me the uniforms aren’t that bad.
